Are short term vacation rentals allowed?

The City's Zoning Code regulates land use, not the nature of the occupancy. Therefore, it does not distinguish between a residential unit that is owned versus rented. Further, it also doesn't distinguish between different terms of rental. Therefore, short term rentals are allowed.
